Please provide all of the information requested so that we may hold your reservation
Policies
$180.00 a night- plus 11.25% tax
$1,200 per week - plus 11.25% tax
$20.00 additional per night for each person over 4
$150.00 non refundable cleaning fee
Three nights stay, minimum
A $600.75 deposit must be paid to secure reservation ( three nights stay plus tax )
Balance due 30 days in advance (I will notify you by Email)
Deposit is refundable with a 30 day notice, otherwise non refundable
Checks/money orders/credit cards accepted
Available May - January 7th
No animals
No smoking
